This 12 ft Durma press brake at Bay Cities Metal Products in Los Angeles was fully restored following a major failure. Instead of replacement, the machine was retrofitted with a modern CNC system and upgraded infrastructure, bringing it to current production standards.

This 26 ft Haco shear—likely one of the largest in California—operating at Silver Creek Modular in Perris, CA. After repeated failures, the machine was out of service for several years.
It has now been fully restored and upgraded. The ram was repaired, and the system features automatic blade gap and cutting angle adjustment. The controller continuously adapts to material type and thickness, delivering consistent, reliable performance.

The 26-ft Haco “Titan” Restoration —one of the largest in California, located at Silver Creek Modular in Perris, CA. Had been out of operation for almost a decade. Multiple repair attempts over the years had failed due to severe mechanical and system damage.
In 2025, the machine underwent a full retrofit and reconstruction. Through close collaboration with the Silver Creek maintenance team, the press brake was completely restored and upgraded into a modern CNC system.
